Welcome to clausecare. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services available at clausecare.info (“Site”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Services Offered
Clausecare provides contract review services for vendors and employment terms, info products, and goods. Our offerings are designed to help you understand and improve contractual agreements.
1.1 Contract Review Services
We perform detailed analysis of vendor and employment contracts. Clients submit documents in PDF or Word format; we highlight key provisions, identify potential issues, and propose revisions.
1.2 Info Products
Clausecare info products include digital guides, templates, and webinars related to contract management. Materials are delivered electronically via secure download links.
1.3 Goods
Clausecare goods include printed manuals, books, and other materials. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
2. Booking and Payment
All services and goods require full payment prior to delivery. For contract review, service dates are reserved only after payment clears. Digital info products become accessible immediately upon payment confirmation. Physical goods are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Service appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance via our contact form. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may not be accommodated.
4. Refund Policy
Clausecare strives to ensure client satisfaction. The following terms apply to refunds:
- Contract Review Services: Payments are eligible for a refund if requested at least seven days before the scheduled service start date. Requests made with less notice are non-refundable due to resource allocation. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten business days.
- Info Products: Digital guides, templates, and webinars may be refunded within seven days of purchase if the materials have not been downloaded or accessed. Once access is granted, no refund is possible, as digital items cannot be undeployed.
- Goods: Physical items may be shipped back to clausecare within fourteen days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. Shipping costs for sending items back are the buyer’s responsibility. Upon receipt and inspection of the item sent back, we will issue a credit note or process a refund within ten business days to the original payment method.
Clients may also opt to apply the paid amount toward a future service at no additional charge. To request this, contact our contact form within the applicable refund window. If a service is explicitly marked as non-refundable on clausecare.info, no refund or credit note will be issued. Non-refundable services include urgent review services delivered within 24 hours, due to the immediate allocation of expert resources.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, and materials provided by clausecare are protected by copyright. Clients receive a limited license for personal or internal use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all documents and information you provide. Our team signs binding confidentiality agreements to protect your data.
7. Limitation of Liability
Clausecare’s liability for any claim arising under these terms is capped at the amount paid for the specific service or product at issue. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
